aim of the preparatory grant is to prepare
an application to the GEF to support conservation
interventions to conserve the marine,
terrestrial and aquatic environment of
the Cape Floristic region, the smallest
of the world’s floristic regions, this
includes off reserve and spatially based
interventions in pilot areas. Appraisal
mission was scheduled for 10 October 2003.
